Currently we can produce The Daily Portrait for any date from December 31, 1999 to present. We continue to develop our database and may offer older dates in the future and new products that meet the needs of our customers looking for older versions of The Daily Portrait.

Yes. The Daily Portrait is designed to be a one-of-a-kind piece, personalized by date, event, color mat and frame selection, and additional details that you supply us with your order.

What are the size/dimensions of The Daily Portrait?

The Daily Portrait is designed to hang comfortably in your home. The outer dimensions of the frame are approximately 21.25 x 28.0 inches. Each Daily Portrait comes with a double cotton mat which is approximately 2 inches wide. The live area of the customized print is approximately 18 x 20 inches.

Can I upload one of my pictures to use in The Daily Portrait?

How much does The Daily Portrait cost?

The Daily Portrait costs $165, complimentary UPS Ground Shipping to the lower 48 States is included with your purchase. Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii is an additional $35, applicable sales tax varies by location.

What happens to my information and any pictures I submit after The Daily Portrait is produced?

Milson Road, LLC keeps all product copy content and any art or picture files submitted by customers for six months after the order is placed. This ensures that we have all pertinent materials should we need to reproduce the print in case of shipping damage, or in the event you would like to order a duplicate copy of The Daily Portrait.

Do you keep my credit card numbers on file?

No. Here at Milson Road we take strict measures to protect your credit card information and for that reason, we automatically delete all Credit Card data immediately after each purchase transaction.

How soon do I have to order to receive The Daily Portrait in time for Christmas?

THE DAILY PORTRAIT is a great Christmas present. To insure that your custom gift arrives before Santa does, your order must be completed no later than December 3rd. Orders for a MIlson Road GIFT CARD received by December 19th will be delivered with free shipping by the 24th. Orders for the Gift Card after the 19th can be delivered via second day air for an additional charge of $15 or priority overnight for an additional charge of $40.

Milson Road, LLC is committed to protecting the environment and operating our business in the most eco-friendly manner possible. The beautiful wood frames used for The Daily Portrait are manufactured primarily using recycled wood. The manufacturer of our frames is a proud member of the Composite Panel Association (CPA) and has been designated as an Environmentally Preferable Product Downstream Facility (EPP Facility) by participating in CPA’s Environmentally Preferable Product Downstream Program. The program is designed to provide retailers, distributors, designers, manufacturers and consumers with an easy way to identify environmentally responsible products, and our manufacturer’s participation signifies its pledge to produce wood frames using some of the greenest core materials available. In order to maintain its designation as an EPP Downstream Facility, our manufacturer will continue its commitment to sourcing the majority of its recycled material from CPA EPP certified composite wood sources.

Return Policy
The Daily Portrait is a highly personalized product produced individually for each order. To reduce errors during the order process, please take extra care to review all information entered. If an error related to information provided by a customer during the order process occurs, Milson Road will replace The Daily Portrait for an additional cost of $60.00 (sixty dollars). If The Daily Portrait is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace your product for no additional cost. To make the Daily Portrait experience the best it can be, we encourage a careful review of all information provided in the digital proof when placing your order!

No Risk Guarantee
Milson Road is pleased to offer our No Risk Guarantee to all of our customers.  If you are not completely satisfied with your Daily Portrait product simply return it to us and will will refund 100% of your money.  To reduce errors during the order process, please take extra care to review all information entered. Gift Card Shipping
Ground shipping of The Daily Portrait Gift Card is complimnetary to the lower 48 States. If you need your Gift Card sooner, we can arrange faster shipping for an additional fee:

     Priority Overnight - $40
